Your satisfaction is our only goal. Please read our full policy carefully prior to requesting a return authorization number (RAN).
Return Request Timeline
Notify us within 14 days from the delivery date for returns or exchanges. After this period, no returns will be authorized.
Conditions for Returns
All returns are inspected upon arrival. Refunds will only be issued for items in brand-new, resalable condition. Unfortunately, we’ll be unable to process a refund if items show signs of wear, damage, or lack original packaging.
Tip: Hold onto the box until you’re certain about your fit!
Eligibility for Returns
Custom made and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable. Check product pages for specific return options.
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees on returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping Options
1. Prepaid Return Label (U.S. Domestic Orders Only): For a flat rate of $20 (deducted from your refund), use our return shipping label
2. Self-Return: Arrange your own return shipment at no additional cost. You’ll cover shipping fees and assume responsibility for the package until it arrives.
Exchanges
If eligible, you may request a one-time free exchange per order—covering all associated fees—for domestic (U.S.) orders.
