Made-To-Order Production Policy

This policy applies to made-to-order, custom, production, special-order, personalized, supplier-produced, and similar items sold on AmbrogioShoes.com.

General Terms

Production and special-order timelines are estimates provided in good faith. They may change because of supplier schedules, material availability, customs processing, import timing, transportation delays, or other circumstances outside Ambrogio Shoes' control.

We do not recommend placing a production or special-order purchase if you require delivery by a specific date unless Ambrogio Shoes confirms that date in writing.

Cancellations and Modifications

Made-to-order, custom, production, and special-order cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is placed.

After the 24-hour grace period, or once production or supplier confirmation has begun, the order may be non-cancellable. If Ambrogio Shoes approves a cancellation after the applicable window and before shipment, the cancellation may be subject to a five percent (5%) processing/cancellation fee.

Orders that have shipped follow the published return policy instead of the cancellation policy. Exceptions apply where required by law or if Ambrogio Shoes cannot fulfill within a required or promised timeline.

Payment and Return Eligibility

Full payment is required before production begins. Return eligibility varies by brand, item type, product page terms, supplier terms, and written communication from customer service.

Personalized, monogrammed, altered, customized, or customer-specific items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited unless Ambrogio Shoes confirms that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and the issue is reported within two (2) calendar days of delivery.

If approved for return, Mauri special orders and similar special-order merchandise are eligible for store credit only. Eligible Paul Parkman made-to-order merchandise may be reviewed under Ambrogio Shoes' standard return policy.

Ambrogio Products

• Estimated production time: 15-25 days before shipment, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or confirmed by customer service
• Origin: Handcrafted in Spain

Paul Parkman Products

• Estimated production time: 2-3 weeks before shipment
• Origin: Handcrafted in Turkey

Como Products

• Estimated production time: 15-25 days before shipment, unless a different timeline is stated on the product page or confirmed by customer service
• Origin: Handcrafted in Spain
