This policy applies to all made-to-order, custom, production, and special-order products. Production timelines for all other items will be communicated separately, if applicable.

Notice: If you require an item by a specific date, we strongly advise against placing a production order. While our estimated timelines are typically accurate, unforeseen delays may occur. All timelines provided are approximations and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

For made-to-order, custom, production, or special-order items, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the order is placed.

After this twenty-four (24) hour grace period, cancellation or modification requests may not be available once the order has been confirmed, auto-processed, materials have been reserved, supplier confirmation has been completed, or production has started.

If a cancellation is approved after the grace period but before the order becomes non-cancellable, the refund may be subject to a five percent (5%) cancellation / processing fee.

This cancellation / processing fee does not apply where prohibited by law or when cancellation is required because Ambrogio Shoes is unable to fulfill the order within the applicable required timeline.

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise approved by Ambrogio Shoes in writing. Custom, made-to-order, personalized, altered, customer-specific, and special-order products may be final sale and may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit unless expressly approved by Ambrogio Shoes in writing.

Certain made-to-order items, including eligible Paul Parkman made-to-order merchandise, may be approved for return under Ambrogio Shoes's standard return policy and may be eligible for a refund to the original payment method, subject to return authorization, inspection, and all return condition requirements.

Special-order merchandise, including Mauri special orders and similar special-order items, when approved for return, is eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for these items.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless expressly approved by Ambrogio Shoes in writing.

If a final sale item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery, the customer must contact Ambrogio Shoes within two (2) calendar days of delivery. Photos, packaging, shipping materials, and product documentation may be required before any resolution is approved.

All stated timelines are estimates and may be adjusted based on operational, supplier, customs, shipping, or logistical circumstances. Placing a production order confirms your agreement to these terms.
