  • Holiday Season EXTENDED Return Policy:
    At Dellamoda, we're delighted to extend our return policy for the holiday season. For any items purchased as gifts from December 1st, simply include "Gift" in the customer's note at checkout, and we'll happily extend the return window until January 5th, ensuring a stress-free holiday shopping experience.

  • How long do I have to request for a return?

Just notify us within 7 days from the delivery date, as reported by the shipping company, if you do require a return or exchange. Once your return is authorized, you will have 30 days to return the product back to us. Return requests MUST ONLY be processed through our website (link on the bottom of this page). Emails or voice messages, will not be a valid form of request. After this period (7 days) there will be no RA# authorized for ANY reason. We hope that you understand we have certain guidelines and limitations with products / vendors which must be honored and we appreciate your cooperation in advance. Returns due to defects: you must notify us within two days, for any manufactured defects, of the delivery date of your package as reported by the shipping company. After this, we will not authorize any returns due to this condition.

  • Are there any conditions for returning a product?

All returns will be subject to inspection. All merchandise must be returned unused, with all original packaging, contents such as boxes, dust bags, tags, certificates, insoles, security tags and etc. if applicable. There are no options to return the product which has been used even if it's within the return policy window. If your purchased product is footwear, we highly recommend trying the product on carpeting in order to avoid scratches on the sole. Such conditions, will disqualify your return from being processed as all returns must be returned in the same exact condition as received and your return will be discarded or sent back to you if the conditions and requirements of inspections are not met. You the client are responsible for returning the product and all shipping fees associated with the return.

  • Are all products eligible for return?

There may be no return options on some products. Generally made to order & custom made products are non-returnable. Please refer to product pages review what options if any are available for that specific product.

  • Is there a restocking fee?
    We do not charge a restocking fee however All orders returned for a refund are subject to a 5% credit card transaction fee. This is a none-refundable fee set up to cover banking transaction fees which occur at the time of placing the order. All digital products such as watches are subject to a 10% restocking fee required by the manufacturer.

  • Can I obtain a return label or will I have to send it back on my own?
    In order to make returns easier, we offer the option of using a flat rate shipping label at the cost of $20 per item, in USA ONLY. This amount will be deducted from any refund/credit or charged before an exchange is dispatched. Please note that this is a service we offer as a courtesy. This service is not available on all items and we have the right to refuse the service at any time. The service is also not available on international shipments coming back to United States. In such case, you will receive full instructions on how to return your purchase back to us. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fees paid by the client if applicable. Expedited shipping methods I'll check out our non-refundable. If you wish to obtain a return label, you will be able to request that at the time of your return request, if such option is available for that specific product.

  • Returning for an exchange?

If your return is eligible for an exchange, you may request for that option. We offer a one time exchange per order, per item. Once an exchange is processed, that item is a final sale and we will not accept returns or exchanges on that item.

  • How do I submit for a return authorization?

You may request for a return authorization at the bottom of this page by clicking "start return process" button. Please note that our system will require you to upload at least one picture showing the condition of the product. This is to ensure that your return is eligible to be authorized. Please upload clear pictures showing the condition of the product(s) which you're requesting a return for, so that we can help approve your approve your return ASAP and avoid further delays or even the rejection of your return during inspection.

  • What happens after I request for a return authorization?

Once you request for a return authorization, this will start the return process. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been requested. From that point you will be updated with further instructions on how to complete your return/exchange. Please allow 1 to 4 business days for us to get back to you with further instructions. This is due to the fact that we work with many different brands and each brand has a unique process on getting returns done. We appreciate your patience.
