Need to submit a return request? You will find the option below. Before submitting your request, please review the full policy carefully. You must confirm that you have read and understood the policy before the return submission link becomes active.
We appreciate your business and are committed to providing a clear, refined, and transparent return experience. All return, exchange, refund, and store credit requests are subject to the terms below.
Submitting a return request does not automatically approve the return. All returns must be authorized, received, inspected, and approved by Ambrogio Shoes before any refund, exchange, or store credit is issued.
Eligibility & Notification
Customers must notify Ambrogio Shoes within two (2) calendar days of delivery for any claim involving a manufacturer defect, damaged merchandise, or incorrect item.
All other return or exchange requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery, based on the carrier’s official tracking record.
Once approved, the merchandise must be returned within thirty (30) calendar days of return approval. Requests outside the applicable window may not be accepted.
Return Authorization (RA#)
All returns must be approved by Ambrogio Shoes before merchandise is sent back. Returns without a Return Authorization (RA#) may be refused, delayed, returned to the customer, or excluded from refund, exchange, or store credit eligibility.
Return authorizations will not be issued after the applicable notification period has expired. To help expedite review, photos of the product, packaging, or damage may be requested.
Return Conditions & Inspection
All returned merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. All original tags, labels, and security attachments must remain attached in their original position.
All original packaging and accessories must be included, including, but not limited to, shoe boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, extra laces, protective covers, and any brand packaging received with the order.
Brand packaging must be protected inside a separate shipping box. Customers must not tape, label, write on, or attach postage directly to shoe boxes, designer boxes, or brand packaging.
Shoes must only be tried indoors on a clean, carpeted surface. Returns showing wear, sole scratches, damage, alteration, missing packaging, missing accessories, or damaged brand boxes may be denied, adjusted, or returned to the customer.
Custom, Made-to-Order, Special-Order & Personalized Items
Return eligibility may vary by brand, item type, and order classification.
Paul Parkman Made-to-Order: Paul Parkman made-to-order items generally require approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment. Eligible Paul Parkman made-to-order merchandise may be approved under Ambrogio Shoes’ standard return policy, subject to return authorization, inspection, and all return condition requirements.
Mauri Special Orders: Mauri special-order items generally require approximately 90–120 days for production before shipment. If approved for return, Mauri special orders and similar special-order merchandise are eligible for store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for these items.
Personalized / Custom Items: Personalized, monogrammed, altered, customized, or customer-specific merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or credited unless expressly approved by Ambrogio Shoes in writing.
Ambrogio Shoes reserves the right to determine whether an item is classified as standard return eligible, made-to-order, special-order, custom-order, personalized, final sale, or store-credit-only based on the product page, invoice, order confirmation, supplier terms, or written communication from customer service.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged one (1) time, subject to approval, availability, and return condition requirements. The first exchange is considered part of the standard return process.
Once an exchange has been completed, the order becomes restricted and is no longer eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
After an exchange, any additional approved request will be limited to:
- Exchange, if approved and available; or
- Store credit only.
All post-exchange requests must be handled directly by customer service and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For international orders, exchanges may be allowed when approved, but customers are responsible for return shipping, exchange shipping, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and related import/export charges.
Return Shipping Labels
Returns are not free unless expressly approved by Ambrogio Shoes in writing or covered by an eligible membership benefit.
For eligible U.S. returns, a flat-rate return shipping label may be available for $20.00 for footwear and apparel, and $6.99 for eyewear. If used, the label cost may be deducted from the refund, exchange balance, or store credit.
Customers may also arrange their own return shipping with tracking. Ambrogio Shoes is not responsible for returns lost, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or shipped without proper tracking when the customer arranges their own return shipment.
Membership Return Benefits
Standard Customers: Return shipping fees may apply, including prepaid label fees where applicable.
Gold Members: Eligible Gold Members may receive free U.S. return shipping and one complimentary exchange where applicable.
Platinum Members: Eligible Platinum Members may receive free U.S. return shipping, one complimentary exchange, and priority return processing where applicable.
Membership benefits do not override final sale restrictions, personalized item restrictions, special-order store-credit-only rules, failed inspection results, missed return windows, import-related charges, or post-exchange refund restrictions.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of return shipment. International return shipments must be properly declared and shipped in compliance with carrier and customs requirements.
Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier advancement fees, and any import-related costs associated with international returns are not refundable.
Import Fees, Duties & Tariffs on Returns
Import duties, customs fees, tariffs, brokerage fees, taxes, carrier advancement fees, or related government charges paid by the customer are not refundable by Ambrogio Shoes.
If a return shipment results in additional customs charges, tariff charges, carrier fees, brokerage fees, or import-related charges billed to Ambrogio Shoes, those amounts may be deducted from any eligible refund, exchange balance, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Refunds, exchanges, and store credits can only be issued after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved by Ambrogio Shoes.
Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days after inspection approval. Refund timing may vary depending on the customer’s bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method unless the item is designated as store-credit-only or otherwise approved for store credit.
Store Credit
Store credit never expires unless otherwise stated. Once issued, store credit is non-refundable and may only be used toward eligible future purchases from Ambrogio Shoes.
Special-order merchandise, including Mauri special orders and similar special-order items, is eligible for store credit only when approved for return.
After an exchange has been completed, any additional approved return request is not eligible for refund to the original payment method and will be limited to exchange or store credit only.
Refund Deductions & Non-Refundable Charges
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, restocking fees, processing fees, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, supplier fees, and any charges incurred by Ambrogio Shoes may be deducted from any eligible refund, exchange balance, or store credit where applicable.
Shipping fees, special handling fees, rush processing fees, customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, carrier advancement fees, and other third-party charges are not refundable unless expressly approved by Ambrogio Shoes in writing.
Returned to Sender or Refused Deliveries
Any unclaimed, undeliverable, refused, rejected, or returned-to-sender package may subject the customer to all fees incurred, including original shipping fees, return shipping fees, carrier fees, customs fees, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, processing fees, and restocking fees.
Packages returned to sender or refused upon delivery may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges. Any outstanding balance must be paid before the package is re-shipped or before any refund, exchange balance, or store credit is issued.
Policy Abuse
Ambrogio Shoes reserves the right to reject, limit, or cancel any return, exchange, refund, or store credit request that appears excessive, abusive, fraudulent, inconsistent with our policy, or not made in good faith.
