Defined as but not limited to "Made-to-Order," "Custom," and "Special Order" products. All Made-To-Order / Custom Made Products are non-returnable and are a final sale.
We proudly offer the service to place single or multiple pair production orders on most out-of-stock or discontinued products. No cancellations or modifications can be made after confirmation. Production times are specified in the product descriptions.
Order and Payment
Orders confirm automatically if not explicitly confirmed by the client within 48 hours from notification. Full payment must be made prior to production.

Estimated production time for Ambrogio products is approximately 30 days. Note: This is an estimate and may vary.
Paul Parkman Products
Estimated production time for Paul Parkman products is 2-3 weeks. Handmade in Turkey.
Mauri Special Order Products
