Fennix Logan Men's Shoes Chocolate Alligator Exotic Oxfords (FX1036)?

My order consisted of the shoes and the belt with a guaranteed delivery date of 3 to 7 days. I received the shoes within that timeframe but not the belt. I asked for a refund on the delivery charges unit they cancelled the order on the belt and refunded me $275, Not sure how that happened. Very disappointed in the processing of the order.
