Platinum Members may receive a complimentary standard return label for eligible U.S. returns. This benefit does not apply to final sale items, ineligible returns, international returns, customs/import charges, failed inspection returns, or requests outside the return window.

Membership benefits do not override final sale restrictions, personalized item restrictions, special-order store-credit-only rules, missed return windows, failed inspection results, import-related charges, or post-exchange refund restrictions. Membership does not include an expedited-shipping benefit.
